   SEBC signs Memo with British Mowgli Foundation - 23/02/2010
SANA, Baladnaonline on Tuesday 23 February, 2010 

The Business Incubator of the Syrian Enterprise and Business Centre (SEBC-BI)/the SME Support Programme (SSP) and British Mowgli Foundation signed a Memo of Understanding (MoU) to lay the foundation of cooperation between the two sides to ensure full cooperation and maximum output to achieve the common goals of both parties of supporting entrepreneurship in the business sector.

The Mowgli Foundation will be in charge of overall management in coordination with SEBC-BI for forming partnerships between local business projects (Syria) and their counterparts abroad.

Mr Hisham Khayat, Senior Business Development Consultant at SEBC said that SEBC-Bi will contribute to the training of human recourses, encourage and support local business projects and provide information and networking services in coordination with the British side.

On his part, Chief Executive Officer of Mowgli Foundation, Mr Simon Edwards said the agreement provides the opportunity for having access to international networks for human development. “An interactive website including an information center will be published to keep up-to-date with the latest business practices and business opportunities”, he added.

The memo includes information and exchange of expertise and training opportunities that will assist in capability building of work teams.
