Syrian European Business Centre (SEBC)

The SEBC is organising the ESCD2 on behalf of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce and in co-ordination with three main partners:

• The Arab British Chamber of Commerce, the Arab Italian Chamber of Commerce,

• The Austrian Arab Chamber of Commerce, and associate partners form

• Germany and France.

Core Services offered by the Business Sector Support Programme (BSSP) and (SEBC).

The SEBC is responsible for the management of the Business Sector

Support Programme (BSSP). The activities of the BSSP may be summarised under the following headings:

• · Business Upgrading

• Market and Export Development

• Business Collaboration

• Business Information Services

• Training

The BSSP does not include an investment fund so does not cover the financing of investment capital for projects. It focuses on supplying advisory and consultancy services on an as needed basis to Syrian enterprises.
