COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private ownership, established in 1989. The owners have experience in cotton wear manufacturing. The company employs 75 persons and produces T-shirts for men, women and children. It has a space of 250 square meters for the production hall. A new factory is in the building in the suburb of Aleppo.

PRODUCTS:

The main raw materials are cotton yarns and knitted fabrics from local resources.

The company produces all cotton T-shirts for men, women, and children (5000 -6000 white color T-shirt per day). It produces jogging pants and shorts.

Sales:

The company is exporting 100% of production to Canada, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, and Japan.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with fashion design, patron model making, with facilities for knitting fabrics. The company has two cutting machines, 24 sewing machines (half of them semi automatic) and other auxiliary machines including ironing, packaging, etc.

Quality control system:

Quality control is performed through observing every piece during the process.
