COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private ownership established in 1993. This company is specialized in the spinning of mixed cotton yarns, with a daily capacity of 4 tons. The company employs 55 persons. It produces mainly mixed cotton yarns in ranges between 1/4 up to 1/12 EN. The production area is about 1000 sqm. with additional 600 sqm. for stores and offices.

Cotton yarns, open-end carded or combed N° 1/4 - 1/12 EN. With a daily capacity of 4 tons.

Sales:

The company sells 100% of its products directly in to local market.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has:

• 2 Opening and cleaning lines with blending rooms
• 7 Cards.
• 1 Drawing machine.
• 3 Open end (turbo) spinning machines, USTERIZED and robotized with 594 spinning heads.
• 1 Cone-to-cone doubling machine.
• 1 Twisting machine.
• Packaging facilities in bags.

Quality control system:

The quality control is provided automatically through USTERS built directly on carding and spinning machines. A laboratory for testing yarns is being established.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVES:

The company is looking for an EU-joint venture partner to establish a second independent firm for spinning yarns, cotton and treaco N° 1/24 -1/30 EN based on investment law no. 10. SHAMAA Company provides the industrial land, buildings, and supplies the raw materials.
