COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is family owned, established in 1985. The owners are experienced in manufacturing jeans-wear for all ages using different wieght categories. The company also produces T-shirts and different cotton garments. It employs 200 persons. The company has a space of 2000 sqm. for production halls and 500 sqm. for stores. Expansion is possible.

PRODUCTS:

The main raw materials are cotton denim fabrics from local resources.

Product range:

• Jeans-wear for men, women, teenagers, and children (90% of the production).
• Cotton T-shirts and other sportswear (10%).

Production capacity:

10000 pcs. per week with possibility to increase upon demand.

Sales:

The company is manufacturing under its own brand names: SALIBA Jeans, EVERST Jeans, and TOUMA Jeans and ROCK jeans.

The company sells about 80% of its products directly through a distribution net and agents all over the country. The rest of the production 20% is exported to Golf states and neighboring countries, Jordan & Lebanon.

Manufacturing facilities

The company owns a complete line begining with fashion design, patron model making, computer-aided setting up equipment: (LECTRA system) along with a fly pen plotter 180 cm and a digitizer (PROSTYLE, DIAMINO, MODARIS), 4 cutting tables (one of them is 12 m. long) and 120 modern sewing machines, with all necessary auxiliaries including a fully computerized stone washing (COMRY 1600), ironing (big steam generator), dryer and packaging machines.

Quality control system:

The quality control is applied strictly and completely in all manufacturing stages, including shrinkage test on fabrics. ISO 9002 certificate is planned for the near future.
