COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private ownership, established in 1967. The owners have 30 years experience in manufacturing garments. It employs 73 persons (including 2 engineers and 4 technicians) and produces all cotton and mixed outwear of different kinds with wool knitwear (5000 pcs./month). The company's turnover is about USD 880000. The company has a space of 1500 sqm (300 sqm knitting space, 300 sqm sewing space, 600 sqm for stores and 300 sqm for offices) and it has an expansion area up to 4000 sqm.

PRODUCTS:

The main raw materials consist of mixed yarns for knitting and white cotton fabrics. Main products are Mixed or acrylic knitwear.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with fashion design, patron model making, computer aided setting up equipment with facilities for preparing posters and embroidery. Four cutting machines and 20 sewing machines with other 12 auxiliary machines for buttons, ironing etc. A complete knitting line comprising of 8 flat and 1 round knitting machine and 1 rewinding machine supplies the factory with cotton fabrics for garment making.
