The company is of private ownership, established in 1984. The owners are experienced in manufacturing jeans wear. The company's turnover reaches USD 2.2 million and the number of employees is 300, from which 40 are highly qualified technicians and engineers. The company has a space of 2500 sqm. for production halls and 800 sqm. for stores. Expansion is planned for 1999 up to 6000 sqm.

PRODUCTS:

The main raw material is cotton (denim and non-denim) from local and imported sources.

350000 pcs. per year .

Sales:

The company is manufacturing under license "BOY LONDON","ABSORBA" and "ALPHABET" and selling its products directly, in retail, and in wholesale. Franchise sale is planned for 1999. 70% of products is sold locally and 30% is for export to: Germany, Russia, the Golf and to neighboring Arab countries.

Manufacturing facilities

The company owns a complete line beginning with fashion design (local and licensed), Pattern model making, computer-aided setting up equipment (GGT system), 3 cutting tables and 120 modern sewing machines (1 -needle and 2- needles machines, 2-needle chainstitch machine),with other supplementary equipment such as: rivet, button and snap machines plus automatic pocket machine. There are also washing, stone wash, drying, washing Enzymes, ironing, packaging, machines and others.

A number of modern technologies are used to reach special looks and effects of cotton products.

Quality control system:

The quality control is applied strictly and completely in all manufacturing stages. Quality manager is directing all quality inspection operations throughout each step of production.

ISO 9002 within next 6 months.
