COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private ownership, established in 1992 with a machinery investment of USD 1.25 million. The owners have years of experience in the field of garment manufacturing in the local market and other countries like England, France, Canada, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, U.A.E. The company employs 150 persons, produces children-wear (boys and girls) and sports wear (100% cotton) with a turnover of USD 3-3.5 million. It has 2400-sqm space for production plus 1000 sqm for stores in a very neat and modern built factory easily reachable. Production capacity ranges between 400.000 to 600.000 pieces/year of sportswear and 75.000 pieces/year children wear.

PRODUCTS:

Raw materials: Knitwear combined with textiles, Jersey 100% cotton combined with fabrics, fabrics and brushed material for sweaters and two pieces.

Products range

The company produces baby & children and teenage clothes:

small sweaters, leggings, two pieces for spare time and smart occasions, overall, jump suits, trousers, skirts, rain coats and dresses.

It is also specialized in formal and leisure wear, and truck suits

Sales:

Product rang is intended for a middle-high market.

The company sells 75% of the children wear locally and exports 25%. It sells 20% of sportswear locally and exports 80%.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with fashion design, pattern model making, it has three cutting machines and 85 sewing machines with other auxiliary machines (including ironing, packaging, etc.). there is a hand and machine embroidery facilities. The company plans for an after-printing line in the near future.

Quality control system:

• The factory is equipped with a modern laboratory for testing raw materials.
• Quality inspection is done through every stage of manufacturing.
• After finishing there are inspection stations for the ready products.
