The company is of private ownership established in 1993 and is specialized in manufacturing, mostly cotton fabrics and textiles with an annual output of 11.7 million sqm. of fabric. The company employs 167 persons (139 direct and 28 indirect). The turnover makes about USD 1.32 million. The weaving hall area is about 3500 sqm.

PRODUCTS:

Raw materials: local cotton yarns.

Products range:

• Denim: 4000 meter per shift.
• Gray fabric: 2500 meter per shift.
• Corduroy: 500 meter per shift.
• Shirting: 500 meter per shift.
• Secondary product: stretch fabric- 750 meter per shift.

Sales:

The company sells its products directly and in wholesale. About 90% locally and 10% exported to neighboring Arab countries.

Manufacturing facilities

• The company has: patron design, VTA-sectional plus BENNINGER direct wrappers, Zell sizer, and Hammel twister.
• The company has in the weaving halls 100 modern weaving looms from Swiss and Japanese origin.
• The company has GMC denim finishing range, and M-Tec inspection machine.
• Packaging is done automatically.

Quality control system:

• The quality control department directs all quality control operations.
• The inspection of products is formal and executed by high skilled person.
• ISO 9002 is in procedure.
