COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private ownership, established in 1991 according to investment law Nº10. The owners are experienced in the field of jeans and sports wear manufacturing. The company invested a sum of USD 2.38 million in machinery and employs 300 persons from whom 15 are highly qualified technicians and other 15 graduated technicians. The turnover is about USD 7.0 million. The company has 5000 sqm. space for production halls and stores. Expansion is possible.

PRODUCTS:

The main raw material is cotton yarn from local sources or imported mixed yarns.

Product range:

• Jeans for men.
• Cotton sportswear for men.
• Cotton shirts.
• Casual trousers.

Production capacity:

700000 pcs. per year in one shift per day work.

Sales:

The company is manufacturing under license and selling its products through wholesalers, 10% to the local market and 90% for export to Greece, Italy and Cyprus.

Manufacturing facilities

The company owns a complete line beginning with fashion design (local and licensed), patron model making, computer-aided setting up equipment (GGT), 2 cutting tables (40 meters long with very sophisticated electronics) and sufficient modern sewing machines with other auxiliaries such as stone wash, ironing, packaging, etc.

There are 5 production lines, 2 for shirts and 3 for trousers.

Modern technologies are used to reach special looks and effects of cotton products.

Quality control system:

Quality control is applied strictly and completely in all manufacturing stages.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVES:

The company wishes to increase its exports to the EU countries, and to establish a joint venture with a European well-known brand in order to franchise it in Syria and Lebanon.
