COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private ownership, established in 1979. The owner has years of experience in the field of bedding supplies and non-woven fibers. The company employs 100 persons (engineers and technicians). It has 10000 sqm production halls plus stores and free area for future expansion.

PRODUCTS:

The main raw materials for manufacturing are cotton and mixed yarns. Additional components are different accessories: spiral springs for mattresses, buttons and embroidery bands.

Products range

The main products are:

• Bed mattresses in different sizes about 100 pcs/shift.
• Quilts in different sizes about 100 pcs/shift.
• Pillows in different sizes about 1000 pcs./shift.
• Polyester fiber (non woven) 1500 kgs./shift

The secondary products are :

• Bed covers about 50 pcs. / shift
• Bed sheets about 100 pcs. / shift

Sales:

The company is manufacturing under their own trademark. It sells its products to retailers and wholesalers through a wide spread distribution net and agencies. About 30% of products are sold in franchise to export and the rest 70% for the local market.

Manufacturing facilities

The company is divided into sections for each different product, starts from weaving down to packing, thus it has a weaving hall (500 sqm.) with a lot of weaving machines, sewing machines for special purposes and all necessary auxiliary machines. In a new hall there is a modern line for polyester non-woven fiber.

Quality control system:

• There is a formal inspection of products and special care is given in order to mention the good reputation of the company has through its best quality product.
• ISO 9002 is planned for the very near future.
