COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private owner ship, established in 1996 with a capital of USD 1.5 million. The owners have 20 years experience in the field of garment manufacturing. The company employs 60 persons and it produces all-cotton wear with a turn over of USD 1.2 million. It has 750 square meters in the recent factory. Expansion is planned for the new factory. Production capacity ranges to 100000 sets / year.

PRODUCTS:

The company produces all-cotton children wear (1-16 years) such as:

• Dresses.
• Rain coats.
• Jackets.
• And others.

Sales:

• The company is selling its products directly to the customer and to retailers.
• Export sales make about 30 % of production, export market is neighboring countries and to the Golf states, as well as some EU countries.
• It has a network of retail outlets covering main Syrian cities to distribute the remaining 70% of the production.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with fashion design, patron model making, with facilities for preparing posters and for-printing. Two cutting machines, 50 sewing machines and 20 other auxiliary machines (including ironing, packaging, etc. ) make the main production equipment. The company also has a fabric production line from local and imported yarns.

Quality control system:

• Quality inspection is done through every stage of manufacture.
• After finishing there are 3 control inspection stations for ready product.
