The company is of private ownership, established in 1985. It employs 10 persons, and produces leather products. The company has a 310 sqm. production hall with a investment of USD 100000 in machinery. Its turnover is about USD 0.44 million.

PRODUCTS:

The raw materials used are mainly leathers (natural and artificial) from local and import market. Additional components are imported or manufactured locally such as locks for belts and wallets and other accessories for shoes, key rings and others.

Product range:

Belts: 1000 units / day, Wallets: 300 units / day, Jackets: 25 units / day, Shoes:

200 pairs / day.

Sales:

The company is selling its products directly, 40% locally and 60% for export.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with fashion design, setting up equipment manually, with facilities for posters (couffrage).The main production line comprises of:

• 4 Sewing machines
• Hydraulic thermo-press (60 tons pressure)
• 2 Belt assembling machines
• 1 Roller thermo-print
• Punching machines and tools
• Colling machine
• Packaging is done manually in nice and attractive cartons
