COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The atelier is of private ownership, established in 1992 with a capital of USD 320000. The owners have good experience in the field of haute couture manufacturing. The number of employees is 15 persons, producing women's garments, casual and formal, with a turnover of USD 110000. The production hall is of 170 sqm.

PRODUCTS:

The main raw materials are imported fabrics of high quality and wool yarns.

The atelier produces women's garment (casual and formal) according to European fashions. They are modifying designs to the requirements of oriental and Islamic customs. They put also their own high level fashions.

Sales:

The company is selling its products directly in wholesale and retail in Aleppo and to other cities in the country

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with fashion design, patron model making, with facilities for preparing production in series through computer aided equipment. There are cutting tables (1 big + 1 small), 12 modern sewing machines, 3 knitting machines (1 automatic + 2 manual) and 1 embroidery machine. Additionally, high quality dresses are ornamented by handcraft. Ironing is done by steam from a steam generator.

• Piece -for-piece inspection before and after sewing
• Inspection after finishing with emphasis on high quality
