COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private ownership, established in 1992. The owners have a special experience in the field of cotton garments. The company employs 100 persons, and has a turnover of USD 1,1 million., It produces cotton underwear, sweatshirts and polo shirts and T-shirts. Production capacity in cotton sports wear is about 400000 pcs. Per year (value about USD 2.0 million), secondary products of under wear and children's sportswear is also manufactured. The company owns fabrication halls of about 3200 sqm. Extensible up to 7000 sqm. In addition there are stores for yarns and for fabrics separately.

PRODUCTS:

The main raw materials are:

• Cotton yarns from local market.
• Mixed yarns through import.

The main products are: T-shirts, Polo shirts, sweatshirts and underwear. A wide range of fabrics is also produced such as: single jersey, double jersey, fleece, pique, and others.

Sales:

The company is manufacturing under label for foreign companies and exporting 90% to France, USA, and Canada, the rest 10% is sold in local market.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with knitting fabrics, fashion design, patron model making, and combing machines. Seven round knitting machines, cutting tables and 70 sewing machines with other auxiliaries (including ironing, steam generator, packaging…) make the main production equipment.

Quality control system:

• Quality inspection is done in three stages: the 1^st after dying, tee 2^nd after cutting, before sewing, the 3^rd after sewing
• All fabrics are tested and accepted by a foreign expert

The company wishes to develop external markets through joint ventures or strategic alliances.
