COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private owner ship, established in 1987 with a capital investment of USD 1.0 million (USD 0.6 million for machinery). The owner has good experience in the field of underwear and sportswear. The company employs 100 people, produces about 2.5-million pcs/year cotton underwear and 1.0 million pcs/year sportswear (cotton & mixed yarns) with a turnover of USD 2.0 million. (Raising recently to USD 4.0 -5.0 million). The company has 350 sqm for knitting and 400 sqm for sewing plus 100 sqm stores. A new building has 2 big halls, 2400 sqm each is now being built.

PRODUCTS:

The company produces all cotton children wear and all cotton / mixed sportswear:

• Under wear for children and for men.
• Sports wear for men & women.

Sales:

The company is selling 100% of its products in wholesale for export through foreign links to Canada, USA, and Germany.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with round knitting machines, fashion design, patron model making, and fore-printing in transfer process. Two cutting machines (1 full automatic plus 1 semi automatic) and 60 sewing machines with other auxiliary machines (including ironing, packaging…) make the main production equipment. The company needs an after-printing line in near future.

Quality control system:

• Quality inspection is done through 2 local experts.
• After finishing there is an inspection through a foreign expert.
• ISO 9002 is desired for the future.
