COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private ownership, established in 1975. The owners have 24 years experience in the field of men's garment manufacturing. The company employs 100 persons, produces formal and casual suits for men with a turnover of 132000 USD. It possesses 2000 sqm in the existing factory and expansion area of 3000 sqm ready for use.

PRODUCTS:

The main raw material are woolen fabrics imported with all necessary auxiliaries such as: textile for laces, buttons, zips…etc.

The company produces suits, jackets, trousers, and coats for men.

Sales:

The company is selling its products directly. Export rate is about 40%.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with fashion design, patron model making, with facilities (GGT). It is also equipped with 4 cutting tables (1 of them electronic) and a lot of modern sewing machines (some of them are computerized) and with automatic auxiliary machines (including pocket opening, button fixing, ironing, and others). The stores are separated: one for textiles, and the other for finished products.

Quality control system:

• Quality inspection is done through every stage of manufacture.
• After finishing there are control inspection stations for ready product.
• Laboratory for testing imported tissues is employed.
• ISO 9002 in future.
