COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Romeo Industrial Co. is a family owned business established in 1991 specialising in the production of T-shirts, sweatshirts, cotton underwear and sports clothes. The company employs 120 people producing 3000 pcs/day with an annual turnover of US$ 600,000.

Product range:

The company produces the following products:

• T- Shirts (all kinds and colours)
• Sweatshirts (all kinds and colours)
• Adult’s and children’s cotton underwear

The company is also planning to introduce Polos and shorts in the near future.

Sales

Romeo Co. does not have its own trade mark since it manufactures on behalf of third parties. It sells all of its products to the export market to countries such as France and Germany.

Manufacturing facilities :

The company has a well-equipped range of machinery and it is looking to update its machinery in order to cope with increased demand.

Quality Control System:

The quality of the company’s products meets international standards. The company is seeking to implement quality systems such as ISO 9000 or TQM (Total Quality Management). in the new factory.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVES:

The company is looking into co-operating with other European companies in order to achieve the growth it wants through:

• Building an up-to-date factory covering all stages of the production process starting from knitting, dyeing, manufacturing, embroidery and printing.
• Increase its exports through sub-contracting or licence agreements
